Delegate Terms & Conditions
• As part of my appearance and registration as a delegate, I give permission for AVIA to record me, including images, audio and comments, with my name included, for all marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to website and social media use.
• Registration is not confirmed until payment is made in full and all payment must be settled within seven days after registration is submitted.
• There will be no refund for cancellations.
• Substitutions must be sent 7 days before the start of the event to event@avia.org
Speaker Terms & Conditions:
• As part of my appearance and registration as a Speaker, I give permission for AVIA to record me, including images, audio, presentation and comments, with my name included, for all marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to
website and social media use and for Video on Demand to be made available to event delegates, sponsors and AVIA members.
• AVIA may use these reproductions without further examination by me and I waive all rights in association with their use.
• Should I choose to revoke any of the rights granted above to AVIA, I will provide AVIA with reasonable notice to remove my name, photos, likeness and recordings associated with my performance and appearance where feasible and agreed by AVIA.
• Speaker registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We are grateful to our sponsors and partners, without whom we would not be able to hold this event. Please be aware that we may share lists of attendees with selected sponsors and partners who may then send communications to you, and that by registering you are consenting to being a part of such lists.
If you do not wish to be included in such lists, please proceed with registration and then
notify us by email to event@avia.org.
